Is there a file, or log somewhere that I can send you to see if you notice something? I have a brand new 64bit, dual processor machine, with 4 gigs of ram. This is almost hard to look at. blah.
i don't seem to get many/any townies, only the pre-made characters around town. (My first game seemed ok but afer starting new ones it seemed to be just the pre-mades) Sorry Also, I've noticed that the game will slow down (literally, I'm not talking about just a low frame rate) when there is a lot happening on screen. Once again, thank you!!
The Fast Foward goes the same speed as the regular speed. Oh, and TS2 with all expansions etc ran like a dream, really really fast, a million times faster than TS3. ==System== * Operating System: XP Pro * Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D Yes No | Report abuse Sorry, an error occurred when we tried to process your request. Someone any idea, how to solve this???
I've deactivated the Norton Antivirus, and Firewall, and made sure to set exceptions on the Windows firewall. The other games will not work right until you set then to 'compatibility mode' so that the timing will be right. I figured out a temporary fix last night, just have to run another game before you start MC2, so the CPU is running at stock speed when MC2 opens. All 4 does is put 3 in effect until the action is done.
I have barely been able to play at all. :( HystericalParoxysm8thJun2009, 6:50PMI would be curious to know what the system specs are for the people who have working fast forward and navigate here or makes it stop.Ive tried a program called "Cheat Engine" which allows you to slow down programs and that's helped but it doesn't solve anything. If anyone has any insight on this The time now is 02:45. Might it be something EA needs to fix? I had just bought a fresh copy of everything because I no longer had an account. it pauses for 30-60 seconds (sometimes much longer when I've had > 100 fills for the day). Check This Out Although I do admire it by giving us the opportunity of selecting what we do at work now.

When sims began to move in, the speed decreased to the "normal" fast. I don't think I've said this before, but thank you for all your help! I listen to lots of spoken word stuff besides tunes. The game is always running EVERY sim in the city - not just your house - so depending on your game settings, processor, and ram it will not run faster than
