And for some odd reason it WILL read DVDs. Can't read DVD or CD. Answer all Questions up until partitioning. I can upload/access any type of data CD but not a DVD or audio CD or burn any type of media.

I tried just about everything. Iv'e altered the BIOS settings with no change..The CD and DVD both disapeared after trying to instal a printer. Tried the fix here and some of the suggestions to no avail. Uninstalled & reinstalled CD/DVD drivers marked (!) Several times.
