To the best of my knowledge there was never a PCI graphics card, so you're not going to find one to operate on Windows 10. Do you know of any new graphic card which is PCI? I had and Nvidia graphics card for PCI that work on Windows 7 but now will not work on Windows 10. Windows Update is reportedly pushing out a newer display driver (version 353.54) for Nvidia graphics cards.
